1. Delivery method

Your invite website is delivered electronically as a shareable link (URL). Once your order and details are complete, your invite link is made available to you on-screen and can also be shared via WhatsApp, email, and other apps.

2. Delivery time

Delivery is instant in most cases - your invite link is typically ready within a few minutes after successful payment and completion of your details. In rare cases where a technical issue occurs, delivery may take up to 24 hours, and our team will assist you.

3. Delivery charges

As the product is digital, no shipping or delivery charges apply. The price shown at checkout is the full price.

4. Didn’t receive your invitation?

If you have completed payment but have not received your invite link, please check the confirmation on-screen and any email/message from us. If you still need help, contact us with your order or payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
